Our family had an amazing time in this hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner are included and are delicious. The onsen is amazing and the clothing the hotel provides to walk around is extremely convenient. We went on a skiing vacation and drove to Rusutsu every day (about 30 min drive) and didn't expect to enjoy the hotel as much as we did. In the end, it was as memorable as the skiing.

The buffet was great with the only downside is everyday are the same. Good service and helpful staff. Nice indoor playground so kids can play while parents eating. Room Tatami was nice with plenty of size so we can enjoy some nice family time inside room.

The whole hotel is very family-friendly. When the kids are done eating they can play in the back of the dinner hall and the parents can finish their dinner without a lot of stress. The indoor playground in the basement is also great and very helpful on rainy days. The dinner and breakfast buffet is amazing. There should be more hotels like this!

I love how thoughtful the place is for families esp. preschooling children or younger. They had kids in mind in every aspect of the place. From rooms, to onsen, the pool and even a kids buffet spread.

We like the onsen, which provides us a good relax bath after a whole day tour. There's a lot of choices of dishes for the buffet dinner and breakfast.

Awesome hotel, really enjoyed it. Its aimed toward families, I wouldnt come here unless you have kids. Helpful staff and the room was big.
